Law enforcement agencies seeking information from Telimize should submit requests through official government channels and provide sufficient documentation establishing the legal authority for the request.
Requests should include, as applicable:
Official agency letterhead
Name and contact information of the requesting agency or
investigator
Case or investigation number
Relevant telephone number(s), account information, IP address(es), or other identifiers
Date range for the requested records
Specific records or information being requested
Applicable subpoena, court order, warrant, or other legal process
A direct contact for follow-up questions or clarification
Attorneys and other authorized parties submitting civil subpoenas should provide a valid subpoena or other applicable legal process issued by a court or authorized legal authority.
Civil legal requests should include:
Official court documentation or applicable legal authority
Case name and case number
Specific telephone number(s), account information, or other identifiers
Clearly defined date range
Description of the records being requested

Electronic submissions are preferred. Please ensure that the complete legal document and any supporting documentation are included with the email.
Telimize operates as a wholesale communications provider and provides services to communications providers, VoIP platforms, resellers, and other business customers.
The availability of information depends on the specific service, customer relationship, applicable retention periods, and records maintained by Telimize at the time of the request. Because Telimize may provide services through wholesale and reseller relationships, Telimize may not have direct visibility into the identity or information of an ultimate end user. Additional information may be maintained by a Telimize wholesale customer or another downstream provider.
To help us process requests efficiently, please identify the specific
telephone numbers, accounts, IP addresses, dates, and records relevant
to your request. Broad or unspecified requests may require additional
clarification before they can be processed.
If you are requesting preservation of records, please clearly identify the
request as a preservation request and provide sufficient information to
identify the relevant account, telephone number(s), IP address(es), date
range, and records to be preserved.

Law enforcement agencies seeking emergency disclosure should clearly identify the request as an emergency and provide sufficient information explaining the nature of the emergency and the legal authority for the requested disclosure.

Telimize reviews submitted legal requests for validity, scope, and applicability. We may request clarification or additional documentation where necessary to process a request.
Responses are subject to applicable law and may be limited to records that Telimize maintains and is legally permitted or required to disclose.
